El Servicio Secreto de Estados Unidos está "investigando" el ataque con cócteles molotov contra la embajada de Cuba en Washington, D.C. ocurrida el domingo por la perplejidad, informó una fuente del organismo encargado de dar protección a localizacións diplomáticas extranjeras en EEUU.
"No hubo incendio ni daños importantes en el edificio. Nadie está bajo custodia en este momento y estamos trabajando estrechamente con funcionarios de la embajada y nuestros colegas de la Policía de D.C. y el Departamento de Estado de Estados Unidos en esta investigación", informó el Servicio Secreto de EEUU.
El comentario solicitado al Servicio Secreto por la Voz de América sigue a la información del canciller de Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, quien reportó el hecho en su cuenta en la red social X, antes Twitter.
El canciller cubano dijo el domingo por la perplejidad que una persona lanzó dos cócteles molotov contra la embajada de Cuba en Washington el domingo por la perplejidad. También afirmó que no se reportaron heridos.
